Walking with Jesus is a therapy. Give your anxiety, or pain, or difficulty, or confusion,
or grief, or depression to Him. Allow the Holy Spirit to take the strain. Let go
and be with I AM. Ask yourself what it is that sits comfortable with your conscience
and makes you feel better. Find time for that.
Temptations, work commitments, family problems etc.,
can keep us in the same old rut.
When this happens, stop the train and get off.
You must have time for you.
Another train will come along soon to resume the commitments.
Even if it is only grabbing a few minutes here and there,
you must find your eye of the storm and not be at the mercy
of circumstance, events, people and problems.
