The Moslem nations have produced some of the world’s greatest thinkers, philosophers, engineers, artists, musicians, craftsmen, businessmen, industrialists and of course passionate believers. There is a media madness that fails to properly and proportionately represent the positive contribution to world peace and the world order by the followers of Islam.

 

Question - Why is it that if someone has the faith to die for their genuine belief , such as a suicide bomber, they are branded as fundamentalist  evil lunatics, or gullible losers? Even when that person has effectively declared war on what they see as an unjust, decadent and evil world? Aren’t they examples of courage and faith? After all the British Empire, the Spanish and Portuguese colonies were created by men waving a Bible, followed by overwhelming superior armour and troops?

And how come the extraordinary time dedicated to terrorism when more people are killed by the motorcar and alcohol than by terrorists?

 

Answer - The reason is that it is unacceptable to kill other people in the name of a religious belief. You can kill yourself, or allow yourself to be killed, but you cannot kill another, unless a government, or its secret forces give the ok, for instance in Iraq, or against someone about to blow the whistle on covert activities.

It is only courage and faith when our military die in combat. We must never offer any sustenance to the terrorist cause by recognising any noble aspect of their character. We demonise them in order to make it easier to hate them and isolate them even from their fellow believers.

Comparing cars and alcohol deaths to terrorist atrocities takes our eye off the ball. We need to convince people of the potential threat of nuclear, or biological  dangers in order to bring in ID cards and increase surveillance systems in order to control the masses.

As regards ‘imperialism’, times have changed, we are no longer simple people following our superiors as they see fit.

 

Question - It seems to me we are just following the leaders, who first ply us with false information in order to control us. What about Iraq and where does that leave the Jewish people in Palestine? Surely they are killing Palestinians and Palestinian supporters in the name of  their religion, which states that the land of Israel was given to them by Almighty God?

 

Answer - Iraq is a greasy one to grasp, because of the oil element. As regards Israel, just because Israel is perceived by the Palestinians and the Moslem world as occupying their land, it does not mean that they have to attack the Jewish people.

 

Question - What country, nation, tribe, gang, has ever allowed another to take their land, or turf and passively negotiate into eternity, whilst enduring hardship endured by occupation?

 

Answer - Good point, however, we must deal with the situation as it is and not as we would like it to be.

 

Question - Surely, the point is that we should look at the situation from both sides and reach a compromise based upon mutual survival and the security of the world?

 

Answer - There used to be peace and stability and a status quo in the region and then some bright spark decided to invade Israel. The Jewish people mindful of how the world allowed (and in some cases endorsed) the genocide by the Nazis of Jewish believers, figured that the best from of defence was attack and to maintain constant vigilance and secure borders and to trust in themselves and their God.

 

Question - Ok, but even way back then, the Palestinian issue needed resolved.

 

Answer - Are they any better off now?

 

Question - We are going around in circles. The solution has to be compromise.

 

Answer - The moderates and the people who are neither moderate or fundamental, merely victims on both sides, want a compromise solution that ensures peace. However, how can that be achieved when a Moslem fundamentalist does not accept compromise and he, or she is willing to use even an atomic device to erase their enemies? After all to them it is not about a piece of land, it is about converting the entire world to Islam by any method.

 

Question - Are you saying that there is no solution?

 

Answer - The Holy Scriptures make it very plain that we will encounter Armageddon. Curiously, the fundamentalist Moslem regards the American President and the Western Democracies as the the forces of evil.

Not surprisingly, such democracies see fundamentalist Islam as the evil force.  

Even more curiously, many fundamentalist Christians believe the anti-Christ will be a leader from the democratic west.

That’s two for Armageddon being sparked off by an anti-Christ with a western democratic origin.

Maybe we are the bad guys? After all is the bad that has been done in the name of western democracy (wars, slavery, sexual excess, electric chair), any worse than the excesses in fundamentalist  countries? The media make much of human rights, but at the same time deprive individuals in the west of human rights when they misreport, mislead, manipulate and even stoke up the old imperialist vigour for invading Iraq.

 

Question - You haven’t got a solution, have you?

 

Answer - No.
