Jesus said that his disciples would be known by the love that they had for one another. In many churches there are people who attend, but have little relationship with others who attend.
That type of dysfunction is even more manifest in the almost complete isolation of many churches, from one another.
What ‘unity’ there is tends to be based on man’s intellect rather than man’s heart. In other words, ‘if you believe what I believe you’ll do for me and if you don’t then get thee behind me Satan.’
If only we could all grasp how loved we are by God and how great is His grace, we could change the world.
